The bus was supposed to start at 1:30 pm from Khattu Shyamji and reach Mehendipur Balaji at 6 pm. It started at 2 and then after reaching Jaipur, it toured Jaipur for a good 2 hrs. Upon asking bus staff and the driver when the bus would give a rest stop, there were ladies travelling who needed to use the restroom. They assured in a while after leaving Jaipur. It was 5 pm when the bus left Jaipur again. At 6 pm, went to the staff asking for a rest stop, said will be in 10 min. Finally, no rest stop till Mehendipur reached at 7:30 pm. Horrible experience. Please do not use Shree Krishna Travels.

I booked tickets from Mathura to Khatushyam on 09 October 26. Bus started 1 hour late from destination. Seat was not comfortable due to not get back puch. Staffs are not cooperative. Pathetic journey.
