I had a very disappointing journey on this bus. Here are the issues I faced: Unhygienic & Unorganized: The bus was filthy. The blanket provided was smelly, and someone else was sitting in my booked seat. AC Not Working: The air conditioning did not work at all. By the morning, the sleeper coach felt like an oven. Noisy: The windows rattled and made noise throughout the trip.

The bus was not that good as shown in the picture. It was shown as an AC bus but in reality, they had opening windows and people were sleeping literally in the middle of the space. So I don’t like the bus facility at all. It was zero. The seats were also not clean and congested.

The bus is smelling and one hour late at my pickup point. Also, I waited 15 minutes because of another person in my bed and too much luggage. It is like a goods service bus, not for people. Thirty minutes were also wasted for goods delivery in a shop. Live tracking is not there. I am in the bus right now, but it shows your dropping point reached. Why do you provide such a worst bus experience in my life.
