All facilities are very good, but I suggest the seat number for example A, B, C, D is mentioned on the seat.

The driver filled up extra passenger in the drivers cabin which made us feel unsafe. The bus booked and which we travelled in were different.

Very Disappointing Experience – Poor Service and AC Failure I booked a bus with Shree Ganesh Tours and Travels for my journey from Pune to Nashik, but the overall experience was extremely disappointing. First, instead of the expected bus, a bus operated under the name Sai Yatra Travels arrived for pickup. This was unexpected and confusing, as there was no clear communication about the change of operator. To make matters worse, the driver asked me to reach the next pickup point on my own, which caused unnecessary inconvenience. The worst part of the journey was when the AC stopped working midway. When I informed the driver, he simply said that the AC had stopped working and asked me to manage. I had to endure approximately 2.5 hours of travel without AC, which was extremely uncomfortable and frustrating. Passengers pay for an AC bus service expecting a certain level of comfort and reliability. Changing the bus operator without proper communication, asking passengers to arrange their own transport to another pickup point, and failing to provide a solution when the AC stopped working are unacceptable. This experience reflects poor coordination, inadequate customer service, and a lack of concern for passenger comfort. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and improves its communication, vehicle maintenance, and passenger support. I would not recommend Shree Ganesh Tours and Travels based on this experience.
