The bus timing was 6:35 pm, but it arrived at 10:30 pm. I had to wait for 4 hours. After this experience, I will never book this bus again.

It is a worst journey. It is an AC 30 seater but more than 50 passengers in the bus. It is worse than a local city bus. Too many passengers standing in the gallery. How can you say it is an AC sleeper bus.
