We were supposed to board bus at 4:30 pm from Dehradun to Delhi. We started waiting for bus since 4:00 pm. Called at least 20 times both contact at the bus and contact at the boarding point. Neither they picked the call nor called back. They totally kept us in dark. We waited till 6:30. After that we received a msg that bus has been cancelled. A very horrible and terrible experience with Red Bus. Two rides got cancelled in same day.

1. Zero leg space 2. Poor AC 3. Seats were pathetic 4. Not able to recline the seat as there was zero leg space 5. Bus malfunctioned before Meerut.
