My travel experience from Telgaon to Nigdi, Pune, was extremely disappointing and frustrating. The bus broke down 4–5 times during the night journey. Even this morning, the bus broke down again when we were still 40 km away from the drop-off point, forcing me to arrange a cab at my own expense to reach home. The entire journey was stressful, inconvenient, and unacceptable. Due to the repeated breakdowns, I had to suffer unnecessary delays and additional expenses. This was not the kind of service a passenger expected after paying for a bus ticket. I requested to take this matter seriously and provide a full refund for my ticket due to the extremely poor service and repeated bus breakdowns. I also urged to ensure that only well-maintained and reliable buses were provided to passengers. I expected a prompt resolution to this issue, including a refund for the inconvenience and additional expenses caused. Passenger safety, comfort, and service quality should be a top priority.

Very disappointing experience. Service was extremely poor, staff was unprofessional, and the overall experience was not worth the money. I would not recommend this travels to others.

Everything was perfect. Driver and staff were very polite. Earlier staff was egoistic and had attitude, but currently Balaji Travels has good staff and they are polite. Thank you Balaji. Such service you are offering us. Only need to update about blankets needing to be clean if possible.
