Very disappointing experience. The bus was stopped at a hotel around 2 AM when everyone was sleeping, and they switched off the AC while passengers were still inside. We were basically forced to wake up, get off the bus, and go to the hotel to buy something. This is completely unacceptable at that time of night. Passengers should not be forced to spend money just because the bus operator has decided to stop at a particular hotel. Really poor service and very unprofessional behaviour.

Poor bus operator, I have online booked ticket with seat xxx by app, but bus operator changed seat xxx to xxx without my information. The seat was second last and smaller compared to what I had booked, along with dirty bedsheet and blanket. I requested to allot the correct seat but no listening. There was also an issue with punctuality; the drop time was at 6:30 AM and reached at 8:00 AM. Overall, bad experience.

I have booked Single sleeper seat but when picked bus seat shifted to double sleeper sharing this is very pathetic experience.

The bus was in very poor condition. The pillow, bedsheet, and curtains were extremely dirty, and I had no choice but to manage with them. The actual condition of the bus was nothing like the pictures shown during booking. The hygiene standards were unacceptable, making this a very disappointing and terrible travel experience.
