The bus was 1 hour late and on top of that we kept chasing the bus as it didn't arrive at the boarding point.

Driver was terrible. He has an aggressive way of communication. I called him once. He took out his frustration on me. He claimed I called him 20 times when I called to just check where he was because I literally saw the bus moving away from the place where he was supposed to pick me up. He was also 20 minutes late. Driving was okay. But yet again, he dropped us off in the middle of the road with all the luggage. A drop point is supposed to be in a safe place with easy access to public transport, but leaving us in a dangerous toll area is not good.
