Excellent service.

I was extremely disappointed with the overall service and the completely unprofessional behavior of the staff. Even before boarding, the live tracking was not working, making it unnecessarily difficult to know the bus location and plan accordingly. If live tracking is advertised as a service, passengers should actually be able to rely on it. After boarding, there was a bright blue light near my seat, separate from the common lights used to help passengers find their seats. It was extremely irritating while trying to rest. I specifically asked the staff member to switch it off. He said he would, but ignored the request for almost two hours. Even worse, after finally switching it off, he repeatedly turned the same light back on at every stop, despite already knowing that it was disturbing me. The staff member was also extremely rude and dismissive throughout the interaction. This was not a minor inconvenience, it was repeated disregard for a passenger's reasonable request. I expected management to investigate both the staff member's conduct and the failure of the live-tracking service and take appropriate disciplinary action. Passengers were paying for a professional service, not to be ignored or treated disrespectfully.

Supporting staff is rude and kept on calling again and again even though our passenger was on board.

The bus which i booked for my trip that surprisingly cancel by the traveller and I was in panic situation at the time, i humbly request them to accommodate for me into another bus, as I have booked all my hotel and i taken leaves also from office but finally after so many request they accommodate me in another traveller bus but I got last seat bus so it was very difficult to explain the situation I faced. so I am not recommended this travels.

The driver's speed and aggressive overtaking made the ride very uncomfortable and unsafe. The driving was jerky enough that I bumped my head. Please ensure your drivers prioritize passenger safety and drive responsibly. I would also appreciate it if the driver refrains from giving unsolicited advice to passengers in the future.
