First bus needed to start by 3 pm as per booking but it started at 4. Approx. 1 hour late. Apart from this, the bus stopped at 4 different locations unnecessarily for 20 minutes which again increased the time. Due to this, our drop time was 8.30 but it dropped at 10.30 so it was frustrating.

Worst ever service. Bus broke down and took too much time. Nasik to Sangamner in 4 hrs, 70 kms only. Then break down again and no idea for those personnel what to do. I called police and complaint raised. Worst ever. Don't book this.

The bus broke down midway near Sangamner, and all the passengers had to wait there for almost an hour. No immediate alternative or proper assistance was provided. Eventually, an ST bus was called to help us. Overall, it was a very disappointing and poorly managed experience.

Seat was totally inclined and AC vent was open. Suffered 4 hrs of nonstop AC on my head.

More of a parcel carrying bus rather than passengers. Stopped multiple times for parcels exchange. Also arrived very late.

The bus was stopping too many times. The timing of departure was 4:30 but the bus came at 5:45. This is too late. I reached Pune by 11:00 at night. Do you have any other knowledge service.

It was said the bus is non-stop but it stopped once for a big break and many times for small breaks and it arrived two hours late.
