Bus was just 10-15 mins late. But they communicated 1 hour prior arriving. Good behavior by staff. They assisted in baggage. Comfortable seats and sleeping area. Rest stop was at exact time. Overall good experience. One slot of AC flap was broken; therefore, not giving 5 star. Pay attention to little places please.

No one helped me keep my luggage in the storage area or take it out. I had to do it myself. I have travelled with many different bus operators, but this is the first time I was asked to handle my own luggage. Is this the kind of service you provide to your customers? Very disappointing.
