Dropped at different locations (Bhujbal Chowk) instead of the opted dropping point (Wakad). Bus was delayed by 30 minutes before boarding and there was no contact from bus operators. The drop was delayed by 40 minutes.

They gave timing of 8 pm and reached at 8.45. Also, they dropped at 4 am at Ahmednagar bypass; however, dropping timing was 1.30 am. It’s almost 3 hours late. Not satisfied with time punctuality.

The driver did not stop at the boarding point. I had to chase the bus on the highway in the midnight to board the bus. The driver even didn't answer my calls and was asleep and also did not intimate the other driver. Pathetic experience and very risky and unsafe for female travellers.

Excellent bus service from Pune to Parbhani. Very comfortable journey, clean interiors, and timely arrival. Will definitely travel again.
