2nd shift driver was driving vastly over the speed breakers, which made the passengers bounce on the seat in the middle of the night. This happened many times during the hour.

Liked the punctuality- on time pickup and drop off. In fact I reached my destination earlier than the scheduled time for the first time in ages!

Last night's experience was unacceptable. At 11:00 PM, we were made to rush from the Govardhan Theatre stop to the RMC Yard bus stand. Then, at 1:00 AM, we were told to take a cab to the Goraguntepalya bus stop, only for the bus to come from the RMC stop anyway, after staff had explicitly told us it would not take that road. Throughout all of this, we told the team several times that we were traveling with a three-year-old child. It was raining heavily. None of that seemed to matter. The repeated changes, the misinformation and the complete lack of concern for passengers' safety were inexcusable. We booked only because you stopped at locations other operators did not serve. That was the only reason. The day we had another option would be the last time we bought a ticket.
