Many reasons because the bus number provided by MakeMyTrip didn't arrive; instead, a different bus came without any prior intimation. Journey bus broke down mid journey.

As per booking my drop station was Airport Circle Vadodara and as per the pre-planned i prepared but they left me 15km away on highway on outskirt of the city... by saying talk to them from you have booked ticket ... bus operators not responsible for what is written in ticket... at night I have to spent 300rs to reach at my home and what about the safety... experience

It's late.... they do not have any service about which they have written on the bus.... there's no wifi, power socket for charging device, working fans, multimedia etc.

Bus is not at all hygienic, staff is not punctual, they usually drop you 3-4 hours late at the destination point from what they mentioned, they allow anonymous passengers from anywhere to travel which is a security issue, and the bus looks like a general bogie. I will recommend never to travel with Shree Yadav Travels.
