They are charging ₹xxx for one person to keep two bags in the boot. They are charging extra money for keeping the bags. Even after paying the full fare, they force us to adjust our bags on the seats. The staff behaved unprofessionally and were very rude. It was unsafe for women. They argued with a patient over luggage and treated them disrespectfully just because of the 2 bags.

But the restaurant where they make a stop is very unhygienic; as a result, none of the passengers eat there—only the driver has a meal at that place.

Punctuality was good but AC was not available all the time had to call bus driver regularly to start AC.
