The scheduled arrival time was 8:00 AM, but the bus arrived at 8:45 AM, causing a delay of 45 minutes. The service was extremely disappointing, as the bus stopped for unnecessarily long periods at almost every stop. At one stop, it remained stationary for nearly 30 minutes without any reasonable explanation. This poor time management and excessive waiting made the journey frustrating and inconvenient. The service needs significant improvement in punctuality and overall time management.

Worst bus service ever. Reached 3 hours late at 6 pm. Absolutely pathetic time management and zero respect for passengers’ time. Never travelling with them again. Highly not recommended.

Had a really good journey. The bus was clean and comfortable, and the staff was very polite and helpful. Felt safe throughout the journey. Would definitely travel again.

Bus time 10.40 from Ahmedabad but bus starts at 10.50. Banswara arriving time is 2.55 am but reached Banswara at 5.15 am. Wrong reach time shows on apps. It's ridiculous.
