Bus was not good at all even I booked at high price no comfort, bad driving. Need to change bus from dhule and disturbing sleep, bad behaviour. Waste for so much money.

One of the worst travel experiences I've ever had. Poor management, delays, lack of communication, and unprofessional staff made the entire journey stressful and uncomfortable. The service did not meet expectations at all. I would not recommend this travel company to anyone.

bus was too delay i.e. 2hrs late to reach the dropping points . there was no any seriousness by driver regarding timeline to reach the destination as well as so many passangers were seaten in driver cabin. i lost my time and miss my next bus due to delay of this bus.

I had the worst experience of travelling through this travel. Live tracking wasn't available and staff behavior isn't cooperative with travellers. Punctuality is missing as it reaches late every time. Sheer absence of bedsheet on bed and male washroom at the rest stop location. Hygiene is compromised and no facilities are available in the bus. AC functionality is not up to the benchmark and suspension of bus doesn't let you have sleep comfort.
