My final destination was Bhusawal. However, the bus dropped us at Jalgaon and arranged an auto-rickshaw for us to travel from Jalgaon to Bhusawal. This is the second time I have experienced such an incident. It is the responsibility of the bus service to ensure that passengers are safely and timely transported to the final destination mentioned on their ticket. Passengers often have important commitments, meetings, or other responsibilities that require them to reach their destination on time. Such delays and inconveniences can cause significant difficulties. I kindly request that appropriate action be taken to prevent such incidents from occurring in the future and that the service be provided more responsibly.
