Overall experience was too bad, there was no safety for children and females, window glass packing was loose, suspension was also bad. Please sell or scrap this bus and do not buy again for our safety.

Ac was not working. Bedding was not clean. Bus reached almost half an hour late at my boarding point. Pillow was not there.

Charging point not working in the whole bus. Blankets and bedsheets are unchanged and not cleaned. Driver stopped AC to save operating cost. Started itching in an hour as bus seats are uncleaned and smell bad.
