The bus hygiene was zero. The bedsheets were very dirty. There were no blanket and pillow for passengers.

First of all, bus changed in picture and while booking, bus name is Radhe Swami Travel but during pick up, received bus is Jogeshwari and that very poor old bus. The AC was also not working the entire trip. Even the bus was so dirty and not properly cleaned.

Ticket booked for Shree Radhe Radhe Travels, no bus number intimation, instead we were asked to board on bus named Yogeshwari Travels MH02ER4174. Too much confusion. Bed linen covers were smelling, had stains, no cleanliness inside bus. Departure time at Shirpur bus stand was 7:30 pm, but bus arrived at 7:50 pm and departed at 8:25 pm, late from the starting point itself. Within an hour the AC started having problems, AC was not working for half section, it was a suffocating environment. Hopeless journey. Staff behavior was rude all the time, not passenger friendly.

No blankets, AC is not working and there is no charging socket.

Charging point completely not working. After half the journey, the AC was also switched off due to technical issues. There was a bad smell in the bus.
