Sir/ mam I booked an AC bus ticket from Sagar to Jabalpur for 18 October 2026. Unfortunately, even after all seats were occupied, many additional passengers were allowed to travel while standing inside the bus. This caused significant inconvenience and raised serious concerns about passenger safety. The bus was scheduled to reach Jabalpur at 6:00 PM but arrived at 7:00 PM, resulting in a delay of one hour. I paid for an AC bus ticket expecting a comfortable and safe journey. I request you to investigate this matter, take appropriate action, and consider providing a suitable refund or compensation for the inconvenience caused. At Killai Naka, Damoh, conductor instead of coming to passenger cabin and announcing about stoppage, continued to sit in driver cabin. We were at back and when we came to gate, conductor said bus is late and will stop at bus stand. What is use of online booking when conductor doesn't stop at indicated place.

They did not stop for washroom even after insisting. Non-stop bus does not mean no pee break of even 5 min at least in midway ones.

The bus needs servicing as the seats are uncomfortable and AC was not working.

Worst bus travel experience of my life! Just 30 minutes after starting the journey, the bus broke down because of an engine coolant problem. It took more than 2 hours to fix it, which was extremely frustrating. And as if that wasn't enough, the AC also started malfunctioning later. The cooling was extremely poor, and after around an hour, the AC stopped completely. This is clearly not a new bus. It looks like a very old bus that has been modified and presented as an AC bus. The seats are pathetic and uncomfortable, the bus is old, and even the AC doesn't work properly. They are charging around ₹400, which is a lot for this kind of service and comparable to what you would expect to pay for a much better AC/Volvo-type bus. For ₹400, this is a complete waste of money. Highly disappointed. I would strongly recommend avoiding this bus.

Very bad experience, worst condition, late, no AC working properly, no proper seat, no cleanliness, very very bad experience, overall worst experience.

Very poor quality bus 2 hour late because of mechanical problem and AC turned off during running and dust inside the bus.
