It was overcrowded. Full of unreserved commuters. Late at destination by more than 90 minutes. Forced to change my reserved seat two times.

The bus was not operating according to the scheduled timing and was expected to reach the destination approximately one and a half hours late. A significant number of offline passengers were being picked up from the roadside, which appeared to be causing considerable delays. Furthermore, passengers who had booked their seats online were facing difficulties in getting their reserved seats due to the boarding of offline passengers. This was highly inconvenient and unfair to those who had made advance bookings and paid for their seats. I requested the concerned authorities to look into this matter and ensure that the bus operated as per the scheduled timings and that the seats reserved through online bookings were duly honoured. Such practices caused unnecessary inconvenience to passengers and seriously affected the quality and reliability of the service.
