Vehicle is very old and broke down midway. AC is also not functioning properly. Suffocating half journey. Asked luggage charges extra.

Very disappointing experience. The pickup service was extremely poor—I waited for almost an hour and the driver failed to reach the correct pickup point. His behaviour on the phone was rude and unprofessional, and he even gave false information about calling me. I was travelling late at night with two small children and had to take an auto-rickshaw to reach the bus. I travel frequently, but this was one of the worst travel experiences I have had. Please improve your pickup service and driver behaviour.
