Bus driver not good behaviour. I booked 3 tickets from New Delhi to Gopiganj, Uttar Pradesh, but the driver did not pick me up. I reached before the pickup point. The driver did not receive calls.

Very disappointing experience with the operator. There was no proper luggage storage space in the bus. Dogs were being allowed inside the bus, which was very uncomfortable and unhygienic for passengers. People were vomiting and passing stool and gas inside bus. There was no proper stoppage in between, making the journey even more uncomfortable. We paid around XXXX per seat and booked two seats together, but the seating was still not comfortable and did not feel worth the price. The pickup experience was also very unpleasant. The scheduled pickup time was 9:45 PM, but the bus staff kept calling repeatedly and asking us to hurry up instead of properly waiting until the scheduled pickup time. The language and tone used by the bus staff were harsh and rude. For the price being charged, the overall service was far below expectations. I would not recommend the operator based on this experience.

Very bad service. All people please don't book bus travel, because all facilities in bus are not working properly. Travel is very bad.
