I have set the dropping point to Parle Toll as the input in service provider. No 8th Mile dropping point was showing, so I set the dropping point as Parle Toll. But I informed the bus cleaner about dropping at 8th Mile, but they didn't, they left at Parle Toll. This was the mistake and timings were not perfect at the boarding point, and the toilet was not open.

Not on time, one hour delay. Charging point was not working. Stopped for dinner at 10:40, that too just before a ghat road.

They are changing the pick up points without any proper reasons. Within the preferred time, we are at the pick point, but they do not come to the pick up point.

Not stopped the bus at chosen location. After taking my money and not stopping at chosen location, this is ridiculous. And not even on time. And this will cost to reach my office on time. Bad experience.
