bus timing arirvel 12.30 but bus coming 2 o clc to mach weting and all so bus AC not working how mein tims asking bus staff but no one not responsible

Please look into this feedback. Food and washroom stops aren't at all hygienic. I boarded at 11am at Kandivali and will be dropping at Koratla at 9am, almost 22 hours bus journey for me - 840 kms???

It's delayed by 4 hours, and bus management is not cooperative. Some seats are not in good condition at all. Charging slots not working sometimes.

Worst behavior drivers and staff. No proper AC. The bus with slide windows is not suitable for AC.

No live tracking of bus, arrived at boarding point 2 hrs late and no information regarding that. Travels staff didn't respond to calls, and after responding, his way of talking was very ridiculous.
