Pick up from 9am and dropping at 7am. It was a 10 hours journey. Bus stopped at a hotel which was dirty and unhygienic. Passengers wanted dinner from the hotel but the hotel was not hygienic. Slow driving. When online booked two seats, a message came that only one was booked causing dissatisfaction.

The bus boarding point is not fixed. After booking, the boarding point shown was one location, but the driver later told me to come to a different location. This is very inconvenient and confusing. Please ensure that the boarding point is fixed and communicated correctly before the journey.
