I have faced so many issues in the bus. 1) Charging point is not working. 2) Not having basic hygiene. 3) No availability of luggage space. Overall pathetic experience.

Travelled from Ahmedabad to Sangli. AC was not working properly. The bus was supposed to drop me by 1:00, but at 3:00 we still had about 2 more hours left. Terrible delay combined with no proper AC made the journey very frustrating. On top of that, they were using this passenger bus for parcel pickup and delivery, which added to the inconvenience. Overall a very poor experience. Do not recommend this operator at all.

My journey was extremely disappointing. At the time of booking, they advertised facilities such as AC, blankets, an onboard toilet, on-time service, and water bottles. However, not even one of these promised facilities was available on the bus. To make matters worse, the bus reached Pune XXXX hours late, causing significant inconvenience. The bus was extremely dirty, had an unbearable foul smell, and the seats were in very poor condition. The entire journey was uncomfortable and frustrating. It is unacceptable to advertise facilities during booking and fail to provide them to passengers. The lack of cleanliness, poor seat conditions, missing amenities, and excessive delay reflect very poor service quality. I would not recommend this service to anyone. Passengers deserve clean buses, the facilities they pay for, and punctual service. The company seriously needs to improve its standards and take passenger complaints seriously.

Very bad experience. The bus was jerking very badly. Also, they shifted to another bus midway. That bus also broke down, so it was a very bad experience.
