Bus started late from boarding point. Midway point had poor facilities of toilets and bathroom and was late in reaching its destination by 2.50 hours. This is not acceptable.

Sir, I'm not happy with my first travel on your bus because when I sat inside the bus, it was dusty and not cleaned properly. There were multiple stops, each taking about 30 minutes, with uneven stops they made. Also, my destination was not reachable by your driver, so I'm not happy, me and my family.

The bus was already 2 hours late. They didn't even let the bus stop properly for passengers' washroom break. Also, the GPS tracking was not available. I have also filed a complaint with the customer support executive. They only provided me a case number, but no proper solution was given to me. Also, the office told the customer support executive that we have already boarded the bus and the bus has left. But I am standing at the boarding point with my family. Too bad service.

Horrible experience, bus arrived more than 2 hours late. No intimation on delay. GPS not working to track bus.

There was water leaking from every part of the bus, even from below the seats which has wet our luggage bags. As there was water seeping in the dickey of bus they shifted the parcels into the passage area and blocked the entire passage. The seats were so dirty that it has left marks on our clothes. The window opening clutch was missing which made it impossible to open or close the windows. Overall a very shabby, unprofessional and pathetic service by bus operators and red bus for allowing such buses to list themselves on your platform. Just discard them immediately

Boarding point time 17:50, late 2 hours and bus breakdown 3 hours, no traffic and other dropping timing 9:15 am and staff behaviour rudely and other passenger, other route change.

Most terrible bus condition late by 2/3 hours horrible. Full body ache and blood donation due to bugs.
