Bus wasn’t on time, it was delayed by 2 hours. Navi Mumbai wasn’t in the drop location list but still they have taken the passengers of Navi Mumbai. Also, there are some passengers whose drop location was Ghatkopar, so our bus was again stopped for one hour and we waited for another bus as Ghatkopar passengers shifted to another bus. Due to this, we again reached our drop point in Dombivli 2 hours late. All passengers in the bus were irritated and unsatisfied as the bus took the longer route via Navi Mumbai.

Bus was delayed by 1 hour 10 minutes and they asked me to board another bus of their travels which has no live tracking. Drop time was 1:30 am but the bus reached dropping point at 3:30 am. Few passengers were standing too. Horrible experience.
