The Shree Nilamadhab Travels did not reach the boarding point on actual time and the bus was late by 30 minutes. Staff behaviour and cleanliness were very good. But when I was seated in the bus, I felt comfortable and the journey was enjoyable.

Staff should help passengers during boarding. Babughat bus stand is a big area. I called for support to locate the bus, but there was no proper reply.

The last seat on the bus is terrible! The constant jerks and claustrophobia hit hard when you have just fallen asleep! Never again!

Overall, my journey was comfortable. The boarding process was smooth, and the bus assistant was very helpful. The live tracking feature worked exceptionally well, and the onboard amenities were good. However, the biggest issue was cleanliness. There were many cockroaches roaming inside the sleeper coach, which was very unpleasant and needs immediate attention. Also, it would be better if the bus had at least one scheduled stop for dinner or late-night snacks during the journey. I hope these issues are addressed to improve the travel experience.
