Everything is good but there was one passenger who was totally drunk and disturbed us. We were forced to change our seats for that one guy. Don't allow public who are drunk. That felt so unsafe.

I have been a regular traveler. Staff are always good, but this time the helper person was horrible. He was openly shouting and ordering passengers in an authoritative tone. I had a trolley which was to be kept inside the luggage space. When I was boarding, the helper handed me the token and ordered to tie it. First of all, it is not my work after paying so much money for the bus seat as a passenger. But still, if I overlook it, who gave the person the authority to shout at a passenger? At that moment, I kept my cool, but any other day I would have punched that person and could not care less. Teach your staff basic manners. Customer satisfaction is the basis of any service industry nowadays. Will not be travelling for this lousy treatment of a passenger.
