The bus departed and arrived on time, which was a big plus. The air conditioning was decent, though it could have been better. The sleeper berth was comfortable and came with a pillow, making the journey reasonably pleasant overall.

Jabra Ram is a very good and helpful staff member. He was polite, professional, and cooperative throughout the journey. His behaviour was respectful and made the travel experience better. However, the single sleeper seat A was not very comfortable and needs improvement. Also, the charging point was loose, causing the charger to repeatedly fall out. Kindly repair or replace the charging socket to ensure a more comfortable journey for passengers.

Bus timing was so late. I booked the bus for 3:00 pm and arrived at 5:00 pm at the pick-up point, so I could not reach on time at the drop point. Almost 2 hours late.

Front single seats are very worst. Very compacted. Even you cannot move freely. Also, the driver and other people are smoking. All the smoke smell is coming inside. They cannot close the door even though I requested. Waste of money for this journey.
