The bus arrived at my boarding point 3 hours late, and the driver did not provide any clear update regarding the expected arrival time. This caused considerable inconvenience and unnecessary waiting. As per the suggestion of your customer support representative, I arranged alternative bus transportation and had to bear additional expenses. Therefore, I request you to raise a claim against the bus operator and provide a refund or appropriate compensation for the inconvenience and extra expenses caused by this delay. Please look into this matter and resolve my complaint as soon as possible.

The charging point was not working, which caused a lot of inconvenience. My mobile battery got completely drained and the phone switched off. A working charging facility is a basic requirement, especially when people may need their phones for communication and emergencies. It is also important for the passengers, especially when female passengers are travelling alone.

AC was not operated from Basti to Ahmedabad. Traveled in the heat.
