The pickup stop we chose was Venkatesh petrol pump and also another stop given was Moti Mithaiwala. They both are within 100m area but that created confusion as we were waited at Venkatesh petrol pump. The bus driver did not identify us, so I needed to signal him by hand to stop for pickup. Then he stopped the bus on the first lane of the road which was not possible to board the bus. Hence, he took the bus up to Moti Mithaiwala which is 100m away but for a senior citizen, hand in baggage, it was difficult to go up to the bus. The bus helper came for rescue but I asked him why he did not stop the bus at the Venkatesh petrol pump which is given in the app and we had selected. He said he had not been informed by the company about this stop to collect the passengers. So my request is to cancel the Venkatesh petrol pump stop from your pickup point. Instead, Moti Mithaiwala is ideal and in that also you mention that near Venkatesh petrol pump so the pickup confusion will not remain for customers as well as the bus driver.

Ac was not working at all. It was hot inside and suffocating. Also, the seats were very dirty.

The bus was shaking pretty much the entire 6-hour journey, and I could barely even read my screen properly. The suspension was honestly terrible. It felt like the bus was absorbing almost none of the bumps, and even small potholes made the ride really rough and uncomfortable.
