Very bad bus and 2 times breakdown. I want to refund the entire bus fare. Held in one spot for 3 to 4 hours. I will not ride the bus next time. Very bad experience.

Seat was not proper. The bus that arrived was different from the actual one.

I booked a sleeper seat for a comfortable night journey, but the service was terrible. The bus was in the worst condition. Rainwater was leaking heavily from the roof, making the entire seat wet. The AC was not working properly, and there was a lighting issue in the compartment as the side light panel was completely broken and hanging. The staff did not provide an alternative seat immediately; only after XXXX hours, they gave me a seat on the cabin sleepers. On top of that, I had booked the ticket for travels, but they shifted me to another travel company, which is completely wrong and cheating. Extremely poor service and highly disappointed.

Our last stop booking was already confirmed, but the driver and conductor forcefully changed the bus and shifted us to another poor-condition bus seat. Due to this, we faced inconvenience and discomfort. Therefore, we will think twice before choosing your service again in the future.
