So horrible actually it was. The bus was delayed and the dropping was also 2 hours late. Too many stops they made for passengers; it was totally horrible. Mainly, I booked a lower seat, but when I boarded, I got to know it was an upper seat. And I paid rupees XXXX for that seat; it was so so wrong. This was so wrong.

The bus was not at all hygienic and they pick the passenger from everywhere without booking and reached destination two hours late. Smoking cigarettes and eating Vimal and tobacco inside the bus. No cleanliness inside the bus and the emergency door was not fully functional at all. There were many negatives more than positives but in short I could say this.
