Checked thrice for water bottle with the cleaner, I still did not get one in the whole journey.

Bus service was good but hotel was very bad. The food was also very dirty. In fact, the hygiene was the worst.

Bus is 4 hrs delayed and one tyre is burst even after driver is driving with the same tyre. Staff is not good.

I am very very disappointed in this service. The bus was one hour late and the conductor did not seem to listen to anything. My bus stop was missed. I kept asking him whether my stop came or not, but you did not answer me and I missed my bus stop. I had to again take a cab to go back to my station. This was a very very terrible bus service.
