Very bad service. Bus not clean and delay 2:30 hours. Never book this bus ticket.

Very poor cleaning. Windows were not proper. Passengers were smoking. Allotted seat not given. Overall very bad experience with sleepless night.

The biggest issue is there is only 1 stop, which was at early morning 6.30 am. My drop was at 6 pm evening, so I don't think anyone will prefer such kind of journey.

The charging port wasn't working and after asking multiple times to do something about it to the staff, they gave me another seat in the upper berth which I didn't like.
