1-star – very bad & frustrating experience. Very disappointing bus journey. This was supposed to be a sleeping sofa bus, but many passengers were sitting and even sleeping in the gallery/aisle area. Because of this, it was extremely difficult and frustrating for passengers who had actually booked and paid for sofa seats to even reach their allotted seats. On top of that, the sofa seats were not properly clean, and the windows were also dirty. The overall cleanliness and maintenance of the bus was far below expectations. The gallery was overcrowded, making movement very difficult and uncomfortable. What is the point of booking and paying for a sofa seat if passengers cannot even properly access it or enjoy a clean and comfortable seat? The travel company should strictly control overcrowding, keep the gallery/aisle clear, and ensure that sofas and windows are properly cleaned before every journey. Very poor management, poor cleanliness, and a highly uncomfortable experience. Definitely not worth the money. I would not recommend this bus service.

The service is absolutely terrible; when my family reached the bus, it drove off before they could even settle into their seats. The seats were also very dirty and smelled bad.

Reached destination almost 2 hours late. Booked last seat, not enough space to even flex legs in any position. Seats are smelly and unclean.
