Bus booking was from Khatusyam but operator said bus will be available from Jaipur and the way he behaved was very bad. He asked us to go with another bus to Jaipur, Jaipur and then you will get your booked bus.

As they mentioned that I will get a water bottle and blanket. But during the journey, they did not give a water bottle or even a blanket. Even the vehicle was not clean.

The bed was smelly. Pillows were like someone had vomited on them. It's pathetic. No bed sheet was there. The bed was dirty.

Bus cleaning required. My drop was Karaj but I got drop in Navale Bridge. Overall staff behaviour is very good.

Very poor experience. The bus was not clean or properly maintained. The bus did not stop at the appropriate time for dinner or breakfast, causing a lot of inconvenience to passengers. The overall service was extremely disappointing, and there was no proper consideration for passengers' comfort. I would not recommend this bus service unless they improve cleanliness, punctuality, and passenger facilities.

Time was 11:00 pm but the bus came at 11:50 pm and office staff said that the timing of the bus is 11:50 pm. Regular bus is giving wrong time.
