The overall travel experience was very terrible.
* The driver's driving was uncomfortable due to excessive bouncing throughout the journey.
* The AC ducts were leaking heavily, making the journey unpleasant.
* The bus did not come to my designated pickup point. The staff informed me that they had already filled the seats with passengers booked through a private agent, so the bus skipped my pickup location.
* Those passengers were told the bus would depart in 10 minutes, but they were made to wait for nearly 1 hour.
* The bus was poorly maintained and did not meet basic comfort standards.
* The bus also did not stop at a proper rest hotel/break point during the journey.
Overall, the service was highly disappointing due to poor management, lack of maintenance, and unprofessional handling of passengers. I hope these issues are addressed to improve the travel experience for future customers.

Only thing I don't like was they're stopping bus for 10-20 mins at every stop which was unnecessary. Also, there are no charging portals.

Although everything was ok, there is one issue with the ACs inside the bus. They are not cooling properly.

Bus was more than an hour late and I reached my destination more than one and a half hour late. The seats weren't comfy, the bus was out of maintenance, lights were falling off the ceiling and less leg space. No space to put bag, had to keep my bags on my lap the whole time. Bus did not take the route which was shown in the app. When asked how much time it will take for the bus to get to boarding location, the staff didn't reply in the right tone, he was furious and all. There was no cleanliness in the bus. Had the worst experience in this bus, will not recommend anyone.
