The bus number was not the same at the pickup point, and then when we had seated nearby Talegaon, the bus tire was punctured. But after changing the tire, we reached Mumbai near Navi Mumbai. The driver shifted us to another bus. In that bus, the driver was connected with some boys, and they had planned something about crossing the bus. They were talking about how I will never cross this bus. In that, one guy was drinking beer. It was not a safe ride, and they were fighting for money as crossing. As they did not ask for money from us, still there was something going on. They were saying that from ahead, I will not do this bus crossing. That guy was drinking beer, which was not fair as so many ladies were also there in that bus. While they changed our bus, there was also so much misuse of words while talking. In that, the including person was the driver and three to four more persons, and the other driver also. Please just take care of these things, as I am a boy traveling, but it will be very disappointing to travel for a lady. Thank you and I hope you will revert back.
They didn't care about customers. Time is precious for them. He stopped the bus so many times and was uploading new passengers from wherever in the route. He did that at least 10 times and each time it took 5 to 10 minutes. One passenger who he loaded just like that was also angry because he assured them that they would reach their destination in less time than they could have covered by booking another private vehicle. They had an argument too. He did this so many times that I also got angry. I asked why they don't care about us. Our reach time was already passed, and it was too late. As a girl, I had to take more safety precautions. He seemed to not care about that at all. He was making the pre-book passengers wait and making them angry.

Extremely disappointing and pathetic bus service – avoid at all costs. One of the worst bus experiences I have ever had. The journey from Pune to Mumbai took a ridiculous seven hours, with absolutely no proper facilities or basic passenger comfort. The service was extremely poor, there was no time management whatsoever, and the entire journey was badly managed. The staff and people managing the service were unprofessional, uncooperative, and lacked basic customer service skills. There was no proper communication, no accountability, and no concern for passengers’ time or comfort. For the money passengers pay, this level of service is completely unacceptable. A bus service is expected to provide punctuality, basic facilities, and respectful treatment, but this service failed on every front. Highly disappointing, frustrating, and a complete waste of time. I would not recommend this bus service to anyone. Save yourself the trouble and choose another operator. The management seriously needs to improve its service, staff behaviour, and time management.
