Very poor staff behaviour. Two or three more bags were overcharged around XXXXX. No facility in bus. I request you all, no one travel in the bus, especially with family. Very experience.

During the journey, the bus driver was extremely rude and unprofessional while speaking to the passengers. Instead of addressing concerns calmly, he used inappropriate language and displayed a very hostile attitude toward customers. As a passenger, I expect respectful and professional behavior from your staff. This kind of conduct reflects poorly on your company's reputation and makes the journey uncomfortable for everyone. I request you to look into this matter urgently and take appropriate strict action against the driver to ensure such incidents do not happen again.
