Bus was not on time, no cleanliness, no bedsheet, blankets.

The bus was late by about 2 hours and the operator didn't turn off the corridor lights until 11:30 or 11:45 pm. It was very difficult to sleep.

Booked my drop-off at Katraj, but bus dropped me at Deccan Corner, claiming roads were blocked due to Ganesh festival. The roads were already open. Katraj was approximately 8 to 9 km away, causing unnecessary inconvenience. Very disappointing service.

Bus stopped at random location and not at the designated rest stop. Here there's no washroom at all. It's big inconvenience to ladies. AC wasn't working properly.
