Bus was late by one hour but dropped at destination before time. Another issue I found at rest stop point at hotel is they are charging 10 Rs extra on MRP.

Bed sheets and blankets can be cleaner.

Bed sheet was not clean. Blanket was smelling and staff behaviour not good.

I want to write feedback on make my trip regarding my recent journey. I was there before the boarding time at given location. While I am trying to reach the driver of the for my pick up confirmation driver didn’t received a call for not a single time . I was alone single lady to travel i checked live location but but was not moving from starting point later i got call from bus operator that bus will reach with in 15 min . Which I was Waited for 1 hour . Later I got called from driver they will pick up me . Later there is different bus came and that operator asked me to board on this bus . Which I completely shocked as single lady it’s concerned of my safety. I called previously booked operator he said board on that bus . Later as I board on bus the they give me another seat which is not comfortable at all and not cleaned . While I complained about the seat they rudely told me to seat on this seat or leave the bus in middle of my traveling. I was single lady I had no choice that time . So board seat was very dirty staff behavior was very rude , bus was fully unhygienic and basically upset with the travels as I did booking with them but they changed my bus without my acknowledgment. I am totally disappointed . After this experience

I had a wonderful experience traveling from Pune to Udaipur with the bus was neat and clean, and even had a toilet inside, which was properly maintained. The Driver and Co Driver, were extremely helpful and courteous throughout the journey. The trip was smooth and comfortable, and I truly appreciated the overall service. I would definitely recommend this to anyone looking for a reliable and pleasant travel experience.

Liked- bus reached Pune before time and it was punctual. AC and staff behavior was good. Not liked- in night bus music was so loud that I could not sleep properly. Did not provide water bottle.

Not dropped at specified location. Also allowed too many other local passenger who do not having prebooking. Rest stop hygiene was not better.
