I had booked my bus ticket online two days in advance and was waiting at the boarding point an hour before the scheduled time. Yet, the bus driver drove off and only called when he was 5–6 kilometers away, saying he had missed picking me up and asking me to come to his location instead. It was pouring rain at the time, but I somehow managed to get there, getting completely drenched in the process and relying on help from others. Even then, they showed no concern; they simply said a mistake had been made and asked what I could possibly do about it. It just shows a complete lack of respect for people's time.
