Very Disappointing Experience – No Assistance After the Accident My bus journey turned into a very distressing experience when the bus met with an accident during the journey, and I sustained injuries. What was even more disappointing was the lack of support from the bus driver and other available staff/passengers when I asked for help. Despite seeking assistance, I did not receive the help I expected in such an emergency. I also contacted the bus owner and explained the entire situation, but I have still not received any proper response or update. An accident can be unexpected, but providing basic assistance to injured passengers and responding responsibly afterward should be a priority. The lack of support and communication in this situation was completely unacceptable. I am extremely disappointed with the service and the way this incident has been handled. I hope the bus operator take this matter seriously, ensure passenger safety, and provide a proper response regarding this incident. I would not recommend this bus operator unless they take passenger safety and emergency assistance seriously.
