Bus left the pickup point before time, to be precise bus left the pickup point 22 mins earlier. I just want to know why I had to experience such a horrible experience. Really not expected from you guys, I hope you will refund at least the money you took for nothing. I know you will not do anything for all the problems I faced and the exhaustion and mental harassment, but at least refund what you took for your mistake and the bus operator's mistake. Be accountable towards your work.

There is a System of Calling Passanger Before Reaching to Boarding point of Bus for Proper Information, No Call For Proper Boarding Point, At Register Boarding Point No Proper System of Taking Passangers into the bus, Bus Reach to Dropping point late then the Schedule time.
