The bus got punctured. No alternate option for spare, no equipment to resolve the issue. 6 hours delay.

Very disappointing experience. The bus was late, and the driver’s behaviour was rude. The sleeper seat was not clean, and there was gutka spit near the seat, which was absolutely unhygienic and disgusting. The charging point was also not working. Overall, the service was poor, and the cleanliness and staff behaviour were unacceptable. The operator seriously needs to improve punctuality, hygiene, and customer service. Definitely not a satisfactory journey.

He started from cirt gate then takes to landeadi then comes again to nasik phata.. So big time waste of 1hr..still he takes 8.30 pm to 12.30 to reach that dhaba near shikrapur. So boring... Also did not turn off the light till dhaba.. System need a seperate light switches. According to own feasibility user will off it. Still dikki door smashing so hard that my seat was just above.. Non sense

Excellent experience! Had a very comfortable journey in their AC sleeper bus. The bus arrived on time, the staff was polite and helpful and we reached our destination ahead of schedule. Overall, it was a smooth and hassle-free travel experience. Highly recommend for their punctuality, good service, and comfortable journey. Will definitely travel with them again.

My experience traveling from Pune to Akola was extremely disappointing and frustrating. The journey was supposed to take 8 hours but ended up taking 11 hours, causing unnecessary inconvenience. To make matters worse, the bedsheet and pillows were dirty, dusty, and smelly. Basic cleanliness and hygiene were clearly not maintained. Overall, it was a very unpleasant experience. I expected much better service, but the poor hygiene and excessive travel time made the journey miserable. I would not recommend it.
