The bus is not clean, having a bad smell, and the AC does not have a flip to stop. Air charging points are not working. The condition of seats is very bad and dirty. It is not comfortable to sleep; you can fall easily.

Actually my stop was Panvel bus stand but it made me get off bus in Kalmbuli stop. The distance was 5 km. That was not right for passenger.

Bus was not clean. Ac was not working. Staff was not able to solve ac problem from the start.

Worst service, AC was not working. My drop spot was Khanda colony but dropped Kalamboli. Extra auto charges XXXXX was spent by me. Worst service, driver and supporting staff were not cooperative.

The bus ticket booked was for AC sleeper bus but the guy called and said that the AC bus is cancelled and now a non-AC sleeper will go. When asked about fare he said it is the same fare, if you want to take or else cancel the ticket. Since this was the only bus from Saswad in the night I had to take the journey in spite of being charged for AC fare in a non-AC bus.
