Very disappointing bus travel experience – not recommended. My overall experience with this bus service was very disappointing. There were no toilet facilities available on the bus, which made the journey very uncomfortable, especially for passengers travelling long distances. Additionally, there were no proper meal breaks or fixed food timings, making it difficult for passengers to plan their meals during the journey. The most disappointing part was the driver's behaviour. When we requested him to stop the bus for a short break, he responded in a very rude and harsh manner. Passengers should be treated with respect, and their basic needs should be considered during a long journey. The driver's unprofessional attitude made the overall experience even worse. A bus service should provide basic facilities, reasonable breaks, proper coordination regarding food stops, and courteous behaviour towards passengers. Unfortunately, this service failed to meet these expectations. I would strongly suggest that the bus operator improve its facilities, ensure proper meal and refreshment stops, and bus drivers communicate politely with passengers. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this bus service to anyone, particularly those planning a long-distance journey.

Timing problem.

The details mentioned on the website are that there is a toilet in the bus, but it did not have one. Also, they initially did not provide blankets and later gave very dirty and smelling blankets. The worst ever experience.

Not satisfied all are not good.

No space.

It's very worst service, no punctuality, there was no toilet in the bus.

Excellent journey and Jagdish and group of drivers were such an amazing and special. It was on time.

Refund request I booked a bus from Belagavi to Bangalore for 1:30 AM on 4th October and paid XXXX. I received the booking confirmation, but I did not receive any call or WhatsApp message regarding the bus. Later, I received only one message stating that the bus timing had been changed, along with a contact number. I spoke to the person on that number, and he said that if the timing changed again in the morning, they would inform me. However, after that, I did not receive any call or update. I had been in Belagavi since the morning of 4th October and had been continuously trying to contact the same person, but I was not getting any proper update. This had been a very frustrating experience. The management had also been extremely unhelpful in resolving this issue. I was not asking for anything else. I just wanted my XXXX refund. Please either process my refund immediately or have someone from your support team call me and resolve this issue.

Changes my seat to the back seat and gave my seat to an offline passenger.
